Role: Marketing Specialist (Bilingual)
Job Type: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Fixed - Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm California Time
Job Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing and implementing our digital marketing strategies, driving engagement across platforms, and creating content that resonates with our audience. This fully remote position requires a strong marketing mind, creativity by nature, and a drive to deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate has expertise in Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram Ads, social media scheduling, content creation, and occasional graphic design and video editing. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a blend of creativity and results-driven focus who can execute campaigns that align with our brand values.
Responsibilities:
Google AdWords Management:
• Plan, execute, and monitor Google AdWords campaigns.
• Analyze and report on AdWords performance to ensure optimization and alignment with business goals.
• Adjust ad content and strategy to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
Facebook & Instagram Ads Management:
• Plan, create, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to improve results, maximizing the reach and engagement of ads.
• Provide regular reports on ad campaign performance and ROI.
Social Media Scheduling:
• Plan and schedule posts on social media platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).
• Curate and publish engaging content aligned with our brand, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Content Scheduling:
• Collaborate with the team to schedule and organize blog posts.
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO and scheduled in line with campaign timelines.
Graphic Design & Video Editing:
• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, ads, and other digital platforms as needed.
• Edit videos for social media posts, ads, and website content.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances our brand’s message.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Track the performance of campaigns and provide weekly reports.
• Use insights to suggest improvements and adapt strategies as needed.
Requirements
Requirements
• Does well in English and Spanish writing and communication
• Proven experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads management and optimization.
• Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or similar).
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva) and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content scheduling.
• A creative, marketing-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fully remote setting.
Preferred Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio or examples of previous successful campaigns.
