Role Summary: The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing field marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for cybersecurity and the ability to effectively communicate Flare’s value proposition to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage events, including conferences, seminars, and webinars, to build community and foster client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to create targeted Account Based Marketing campaigns that generate high value sales opportunities and enhance Flare’s growth trajectory.
  • Collaborate with the channel sales team and product marketing lead to drive engagement and growth for Flare channel relationships.  
  • Liaison between Flare’s research team and marketing team to effectively answer conference CFP’s and align research talks with Flare marketing goals. 
  • Measure and report performance of all field marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure events and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Become passionate about Flare’s mission of making cybercrime irrelevant and develop deep knowledge of Flare’s product and the cybercrime ecosystem. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or a related discipline, preferably within the tech or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and digital risk management industries.
