Job Description
• There are several types of applications – APIs, Desktop, Web-based and Cloud applications. Lots of challenge work and opportunities to expand knowledge and learning the new things.
• Working cross functionally with customers and partners to address complex customer questions and drive incidents to resolution.
• Troubleshoot, isolate and resolve container orchestration/management issues, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot, isolate and resolve complex application deployments issues.
• Execute and deliver on goals and initiatives
• Work on complex issues, analyzing situations or data that require in depth evaluation
• Your expertise and discretion will be required to think outside the box and resolve highly complex issues in creative and effective ways
• May need to work on small enhancement as well as modified existing product.
• Rotation of the oncall duties 12*7 to support the production issues by working thru a chat via MS Teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer/related majors (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field).
• 5 years and up of experience in Software Development with proven record of technical strength and mentorship experience
• Good communication in English and Thai (reading, writing and speaking) and be able to clearly articulate opinions and ideas. Fair English speaking skill is acceptable.
• Good knowledge of Web programming – preferably with some of the following language/framework:
o Java
o JavaScript or TypeScript
o Spring Boot and other Spring frameworks
o Angular or other Java Script framework
o Python
o Basic Linux skill – able to use Linux commands to investigate issues
o Basic network skill – understanding how things connect to each other’s and how to troubleshoot network connection issues
o Knowledge of Cloud Native, Docker, Ansible or Kubernetes developer level (no need for admin level)
o Git, Maven, GitHub CI/CD or other cloud deployment pipelines
o AWS Cloud
