We are currently looking for a Junior Brand Manager (m/w/d) in our Munich office, a key member of the Oral Care Marketing Team (Odol-med3 & Dr.Best), working closely with Brand Managers and the Brand Lead.


Your Role at Haleon

You will be responsible for achieving sell-in, sell-out, market share, shopper penetration, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with set objectives. Hence your main tasks are the following:

  • You will implement the brand strategy and marketing plan in close collaboration with the Brand Team, encompassing, portfolio management, innovation, communication, and media planning
  • You will track and analyse performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics
  • You will track and manage the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues from shopper & customer marketing, sales, expert marketing and finance


What we expect from you

  • You are passionate about driving brands, products, and innovations to create a great experience for our consumers
  • You have strong analytical and operational marketing skills as well as a passion for creating communication toolkits
  • You demonstrate a strong sense of accountability for projects
  • You own a university degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Economics or similar
  • You have approx. 2 years of Marketing/Brand/Innovation Management experience, ideally gained in FMCG
  • You demonstrate a confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are fluent in both German and English (written & spoken)
