Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize digital files using OneDrive and Google Sheets

  • Input and update property listings on platforms like StreetEasy and RealPlus

  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings with clients and other real estate agents

  • Prepare and send out disclosures and agreements using Adobe Acrobat

  • Manage email communications using MailChimp

  • Assist with expense report preparation

  • Set up appointments and follow up via email, phone, and text

  • Organize and maintain various digital drives and filing systems

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MailChimp, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with real estate platforms such as StreetEasy and RealPlus

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology

Scope:

  • Part-time role, minimum 20 hours per week Monday to Friday from 1 PM to 5 PM

  • Busiest period from March to September, with potential for increased hours

  • Remote work with occasional need for flexible scheduling

  • Primary focus on administrative tasks and client communication support
