As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our team’s revenue goals by empowering the sales team with the tools and insights they need to succeed. You will take full ownership of the pre-sales process, from conducting in-depth research to uncover key data for compelling sales pitches, to crafting customized pitch decks, streamlined media plans, and essential sales communication materials. Your efforts will directly contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales initiatives.

The Role 

  • Work directly with Account Executives to help drive the sales pipeline through research and materials preparation that enables personalized outreach to stakeholders within key prospect and customer accounts 

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and maintain sales collateral including pitch decks, sales scripts, vertical-specific marketing insights, one-sheeters, and media kits

  • Utilize digital analysis tools to provide actionable, industry-specific recommendations

  • Support sellers by fielding product-related questions and involving other teams as needed

  • Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction

  • Manage and track sales activities, oversee the pipeline, and conduct Win/Loss reviews on new accounts in Salesforce

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our pre-sales process

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably with 1+ years at an advertising agency

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Keen eye for design to ensure all sales collateral is visually compelling and aligned with brand standards

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and excel in high-pressure situations

  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle evolving challenges and new opportunities

  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, ComScore, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Base Pay Range: $83,500.00 - 124,900.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity.
