ABOUT THE ROLE

As Associate Manager of Large Format eCommerce, you will drive this business which includes the Club and DIY classes of trade.  You will drive key initiatives across the portfolio and channels, delivering accelerated ecommerce sales and share growth, while supporting execution of the strategic commercial plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive eCommerce business in partnership with Sales Leads:
    • Integrate with each category lead across Home Cleaning, Home Storage, Pest Control and Air Care, driving relevant ecommerce executions in tandem with in-store plans
    • Support commercialization initiatives across both Club and DIY
  • Ensure Content quality and accuracy:
    • Ensure Product Detail Page Content is accurate and up to date, driving best in class content scores
    • Ensure Innovation launches are available for consumers across all Customer platforms at launch
  • Ownership of Paid Search strategy in partnership with media agencies, customer marketing partners, and sales leads
  • Support shopper marketing program development with customer marketing, aggregate budgets, and spending to ensure efficiency and delivery of customer commitments
  • Engage with agency partners on digital strategy and execution
  • Attend industry conferences to deepen expertise in digital commerce technologies and identify capabilities to accelerate growth over the next 3-5 years
  • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders across customers and our company marketing and sales teams

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelors and 5+ years of relevant experience in sales/eCommerce; OR Masters and 3+ years of relevant experience in sales/eCommerce
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Technical Skills
    • Understanding of eCommerce fundamentals, including but not limited to principles of assortment, search, content, and digital marketing
    • Understanding of new product development commercialization process

    • Ability to present to customers and lead the business on behalf of SCJ

    • Ability to adapt to changing work and customer demands
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity
    • Ability to define and differentiate strategies across channels/customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • This position will be located in the Chicago Loop office
  • 10% travel expected
  • This role is not eligible for relocation
  • The individual assuming this position may need to relocate for future opportunities
  • Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
