Integration Engineer
The Opportunity:
As an Integration Engineer, you know the importance of supporting integrations, interoperability, testing, middleware, analysis, and evaluations, while leveraging engineering best practices and standards. You’re eager to apply your consulting experience and engineering knowledge to develop creative solutions.
On our team, you’ll design, develop, and implement solutions for software integration projects across functions or between organizations that’ll directly impact electronic health records. You’ll work alongside software development engineers to integrate, plan, organize, and conduct integration projects that meet design specifications and standards from inception to completion.

You Have:
15+ years of experience working in a professional technology environment
Experience working with electronic medical or health IT systems, specifically EPIC or Oracle Cerner
Experience in a customer facing role performing presentations to senior leadership
Experience creating strategies and plans for the integration of multiple IT systems and subsystems into an operational unit
Experience coordinating with developer and user teams to assess risks, goals, and needs and ensure that all are adequately addressed
Experience introducing software into a new or existing environment while minimizing disruption and mitigating risks
Experience with developing approaches and alternatives for solutions within a project based on project management best practices
Ability to identify and mitigate risk
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
