Agents help provide the best possible experience during a major life event, like buying a home or vehicle. They assess each client's specific needs and help them choose the right coverage. Agents provide and promote our personalized services. Our goal is to build lasting business relationships and be our clients' #1 choice. CLAIMS ADVISOR

Listen. Inform. Guide. Investigate.

Claims advisors takes care of clients with empathy and professionalism. They investigate home and auto insurance claims. They work in partnership with other claims employees and keep the claim status up to date in our claims management system. Claims advisors take on increasingly complex claims and work on skills in related areas to make the most of their versatility. Rain or shine, our claims advisors are always on the go. They handle all claims assigned to them from end to end, with the option of taking on extra claims to increase their base salary and receive additional compensation.

  • A competitive hourly wage starting at $28.14/hr plus the possibility of a $2,000 bilingualism bonus (wage adjusted based on insurance experience) and an annual bonus

  • 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year
