Job Description:

We’re looking for an Information Security Senior Analyst to join our Information Systems team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to act as Governance & Oversight Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure the successful completion of Cybersecurity, Resilience and Governance (CRG) projects, with a focus on quality, risk and timeline objectives. The role will also coordinate communications and collaborate with Global (GCS, G&C), Segment and US IT Teams on the initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to ensure timely information sharing.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance overall security processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of governance-related processes and activities.
  • Prepare regular project status updates and monitor project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Risk Management and Vulnerability Assessment or any equivalent role.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability to work on a night shift (8PM to 5AM Philippine Time), Hybrid Setup with 3 days on site and 2 days work from home weekly.
  • Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
    • Proven track record of successful IT project delivery   
    • Project Management with experience in planning, budgeting and resource management  
    • Profound knowledge and understanding of Information Risk Management Framework (Risk Identification and Assessment, Risk Treatment, Risk Monitoring, Sustain, and Independent Review) or any industry standard Risk Management Framework, CIA Triad (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability), Zero-Trust Tolerance.
    • Knowledgeable with Agile development methodologies and latest technology development and financial services / insurance business.
