We are looking for a Test Engineer with good technical knowledge who is eager to cope with challenging technical tasks, support testing activities throughout STLC, and work in a fast-paced environment under the Team Lead's supervision. This role offers diverse technically challenging tasks, as well as opportunities to deepen domain knowledge and grow as a specialist in testing. Experience with test automation is a plus, as we offer opportunities to engage in automation and expand this capability alongside manual testing activities.

PROJECT
Our team at Sigma Software comprises 30+ professionals divided across four specialized sub-teams. The candidate will join one of these sub-teams, focusing on a web-based solution designed to facilitate the management of companies and their subcontractors. Additionally, this team supports other smaller projects, providing the opportunity to contribute to various products within the company’s portfolio.
Project technologies:
Core Technologies: ASP.NET Core, .NET 8, ASP.NET 4.8, MS SQL Server 2019
Additional Tools: Kafka, Redis for real-time data handling, AngularJS, and Node.js for Front-end and Back-end enhancements
Provide testing activities throughout STLC
Perform mainly functional, API, integration, performance, smoke testing
Develop both low- and high-level testing documentation
Plan, estimate and monitor testing activities
Clarify and gather requirements for testing purposes
Report on test results and testing status
Strong technical background and/or desire to learn and work with different technical tasks
Good technical skills
Practical experience with SQL
Practical experience with API testing
Strong knowledge of software testing
Knowledge of Testing documentation
Good knowledge of requirements analysis
Upper-intermediate level of English
Would be a plus:
Basic knowledge of Test Automation
Basic understanding of performance testing Knowledge of tools: Postman, JMeter, httpYac, Fiddler, SQL Management studio (or similar)
