Senior Software Engineer

Location:

Evaluate, create, and enhance architecture diagrams for business-critical systems within the Voice & Chat Automation and Contact Center Delivery capabilities including Server Names, and integration points including connection types. Design and implement system and service monitoring and alerting against benchmarks and SLAs. Design and implement appropriate audit and error logging levels to accurately measure system operability as well as troubleshooting indicators when appropriate. Design and implement meaningful dashboards measuring and conveying system health and performance tools. Identify areas to add and enhance automation to technical processes. Develop and deliver high impact dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau. Oversee the process of Change Management and Production Readiness for newly developed business-critical systems within the Voice & Chat Automation and Contact Center Delivery. Participate in the overall health, performance, and availability and actively resolve system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, and platforms for 24x7 critical platforms. Manage implementation, renewal of Security Certificates, Non-Human IDs including historical library and installation routines, and maintain application service-level agreements and system uptime requirements for highest tier application class. Use of ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, IBM BAW, GKE, Oracle 19C, MS SQL, Postgres DB. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as twenty-four (24) months in job or job related experience to include job duties listed above. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $66,300 to $123,100 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
