Responsibilities:
This position will play a pivotal role in empowering low-income and under-served communities through financial education and coaching. The position involves actively engaging with community members to provide essential financial literacy tools, fostering sustainable financial practices, and promoting economic empowerment. The Financial Coach will deliver financial literacy workshops throughout Tampa Bay and provide one on one financial coaching.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Three years of financial service experience- cash handling, platform, sales, service or lending experience required.
- Two years of corporate training, education, public speaking or related experience required.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and type English and Spanish.
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
- Use of computer requires repetitive key strokes.
Work Environment:
- This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
- As part of your week, you may occasionally travel within the Tampa Bay Area.
- Qualified candidates must live in the Tampa Bay area.
