Job Description:
We have an opportunity for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our talented ServiceNow implementation practice supporting US Federal customers. The candidate will effectively leverage the ServiceNow platform and their expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) to implement enterprise business solutions. They will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for enhancing the ServiceNow platform, implementing new modules, and developing customized solutions. The successful candidate will provide both strategic and tactical support to clients and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Guide the architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules
- Serve as the technical expert responsible for designing solutions that align with best practices
- Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM modules, including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Continual Improvement, and Request Management, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile, Employee Center, and Service Catalog,
- Implement CSM solutions such as case management, knowledge portals, virtual agents, and proactive service workflows
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, and monitoring tools) using APIs and connectors
- Establish governance standards to manage platform performance, upgrades, and stability
- Develop and maintain platform enhancements while collaborating with internal and client stakeholders
- Prepare and present technology-related deliverables for both internal and external audiences
- Mentor junior developers, ensuring alignment with platform best practices
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement bug fixes, and conduct root cause analysis
- Work with team members to develop technical designs, estimate project efforts, and track progress against milestones
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field
- Six (6) years of architecture experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules with hands-on configuration and solution design
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and platform capabilities
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- ITIL v3 or v4 Certification (preferred)
- Must be eligible to meet government clearance requirements
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow ITSM or CSM CIS Certification
- Federal consulting industry experience
