​​Talent Acquisition Coordinator

ASU Enterprise Partners is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide an ecosystem of services to create solutions and generate resources to extend Arizona State University’s reach and advance its charter. ASU Enterprise Partners supports ASU and several affiliates, including the ASU Foundation for a New American University, ASU Outreach Hub, ASURE, NEWSWELL, Skysong Innovations and University Realty. 

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the oversight of administrative and operational workflows across the TA function. The role works closely with internal and external constituents to ensure a positive recruitment experience and seamless transition to onboarding.

The position demands exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

What you'll do:

  • Manage the interview scheduling process, both in-person and virtual, ensuring that all parties involved are well-informed and prepared
  • Manage logistics of candidate travel including flights, hotel, and expense reimbursement
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates, providing updates on the status of the recruitment process
  • Create job requisitions and manage posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Serves as the principal source of information to TA, HR Partners, Hiring Managers and candidates
  • Maintain data in Workday, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all candidates
  • Maintain TA Dashboard and other TA related reports
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of interview guides
  • File and maintain background screenings for potential hires
  • Serve as the escort for on-site interviews, as needed
  • Improve TA operations by monitoring workflows, metrics, and feedback. Provide recommendations on improvements
  • Participate in projects associated with the enhancement of recruiting processes or improvement of hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
  • Respond to inquiries to the ASUEP Careers inbox
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract potential candidates
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and recruitment tools and technologies
  • Secures the integrity and confidentiality of HR data by maintaining employee and organizational information, files, and records effectively
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

  • Basic knowledge of various Human Resources functions and procedures
  • Demonstrated skills related to complex calendar management
  • Ability to meet the demands of executive leadership
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, reliability, adaptability, integrity, discipline, and productivity
  • High sense of urgency and self-initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
  • ​Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and by phone.
  • ​Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • ​Ability to meet work schedule expectations and manage time effectively
  • Advanced computer skills and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and similar systems

Relevant qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Two (2) years of experience working in a customer service or administrative support role
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices

Preferred education and experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or executive administration

Preferred skills and abilities:

  • Familiarity with HR best practices
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Knowledge of ATS systems (Workday preferred)
