Axiom is seeking a Legal Talent Acquisition & Success Manager in or near Frankfurt, Germany.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Legal Talent Success to support and expand Axiom's talent strategy in North America and Europe. This role combines the responsibilities of talent acquisition and talent management, focusing on recruiting and retaining top legal talent, and matching them to Axiom’s client engagements. You will ensure our lawyers are matched with exciting and career-enhancing opportunities, driving success for Axiom and our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Axiom's Talent Acquisition strategy to attract top legal talent through various channels, supporting client needs and company growth.
  • Serve as the primary partner for lawyers in specific legal practice areas to enhance client and talent experience.
  • Manage our legal talent lifecycle, offering a premier client and talent experience.
  • Gain expertise in the skills and market trends of your legal practice area, becoming an authority on industry developments.
  • Manage client talent requests, collaborate with Sales, and contribute to revenue growth by effectively matching talent to opportunities.
  • Use expert knowledge of talent to shape client needs and precisely match talent to client requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with legal talent, managing communication, expectations, and retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to strategically build and maintain a talent bench.
  • Ensure talent utilization and continuous engagement through regular check-ins and proactive opportunity presentations.
  • Meet Talent Success metrics, such as retention, utilization, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in legal services, professional services, recruitment, or corporate environments.
  • Interest in the legal industry and business of law.
  • Strong team player, proficient in collaboration, persuasive communication, and providing high-quality talent experiences.
  • Ability to assess candidate skills and preferences, matching them effectively to client needs.
  • Confidently interact with senior-level lawyers, clients, and leaders in Sales and Talent Acquisition.
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring abilities, along with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a deep sense of urgency.
  • Preferred legal or recruitment experience, fluent or native in High German and English (both verbal and written).
  • Bachelor's degree and legal authorization to work in Frankfurt full-time.
