Sr Telecom Network Services Customer Relationship Manager - Contract/1099

Position Overview
ISG seeks a Senior Telecom Network Services Customer Relationship Manager to work in our Network Advisory practice.The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for monitoring the network services account support functions and managing the contract lifecycle for network services contracts between a client and their network services Providers on behalf of the client. The Senior Contract Manager will work closely with the internal ISG and client teams as well as external providers and would be responsible for maintaining the Network Advisory relationship with the client and overseeing account support activities being provided by the client’s network services Providers.
Responsibilities
Monitor account management activities on an ongoing basis, including ensuring client and provider processes meet client requirements, identifying account support issues and coordinating resolution
Managing the lifecycle of clients’ network services agreements
Analyze network services agreements and client data in order to identify savings opportunities andmake recommendations when applicable
Interface with client network management and other personnel including stewardship reporting
Ensure quality delivery of our Network Life Cycle Management offering and revenue growth for applicable network services
Identify ongoing network services contract negotiation opportunities and work closely with Network Advisory management to assist with securing these opportunities
Manage required reporting to client
Perform contract research and address client queries around network technologies and agreements
Assist in the development of process improvement strategies to the contract lifecycle process for the ISG Network Advisory team
Required Skillsets
Minimal to no travel required
3-5 years of previous network account management experience preferably with a network services provider
Basic understanding of network services technologies and service offerings
Strong understanding of network services provider account support functions and processes including but not limited to provision, and billing
Exposure to large network implementation process and project management functions is a plus
Sales experience, specifically selling network services into an existing account, is a plus
Demonstrated customer relationship skills including a comfort level interfacing with various management levels
Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
High Level of expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Financial analytic and business case experience is a plus
Excellent organization, strong written/verbal communications and writing styles, with an eye for detail
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required
