Job description

MetaOption LLC, a Microsoft BC/LS Gold Partner, is looking to add a highly accomplished SDR to their sales team. Initially, the role will be contract assignment, with an opportunity to join the MetaOption team full time, after 90 days.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: This is a remote position, reporting directly to the VP of Sales and CX.
  1. Vet and qualify all inbound leads and send to appropriate sales reps is the primary responsibility and will require 80% + of time and focus.
  2. Attend all Discovery calls with sales reps for further education on the sales process, and assist in coordination of next steps, as requested.
  3. Create all proposals and secure appropriate internal sign offs, once new proposal process/template is completed.
  4. Manage inbound inquiries of less than $60K in opportunity, secure assistance where needed.
  5. Ensure updates are created in MS CRM for all reps.
  6. Attend all assigned training sessions.
  7. Identify key market verticals for ERP sales thru analysis of marketplace data, follow up on sales lists and proactive outbound solicitation.
Required skills/experience:
  1. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Top level EXCEL and PowerPoint skills for presenting and tracking activities. Must be self-starter successful with today’s remote environment challenges.
  2. A minimum of 3 years in the software sales space as a successful SDR, sales rep, BDR or equivalent experience. 
  3. Strong follow up skills and process oriented approach to an assignment is preferred.
  4. Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 BC/LS, Power BI and/or MS NAV, a significant plus.
  5. Ability to handle rejection and inconsistent responses from customers and continue to provide an excellent “first impression” of MetaOption, is mission critical. Coachable and willing to take positive direction will determine success.
  6. Must have your own computer and cell phone for initial 90 day period.
Assignment details:
  1. Contract role for 90 days with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. Hours approved/signed off by VP. 1099 paid biweekly.
  2. Contract workers are not eligible for any MetaOption benefits until/if they become full time employees of MetaOption.
