About ENDVR

We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and lead our retail partnerships.

About the Role
As the Partnerships Manager at ENDVR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our partnerships strategy and driving impactful collaborations with key retailers, industry associations, and complementary software providers. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing new partnerships, guiding retailers through platform adoption, and maximizing engagement with our brand campaigns. You’ll leverage your expertise in business development, sales, and key account management to expand our retail network and enhance our brand’s reach. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and understands the nuances of retail dynamics.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Build and Manage Partnerships: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key retailers, software providers, and industry associations that align with ENDVR’s goals.
  • Drive Adoption and Engagement: Lead efforts to onboard retailers to ENDVR’s platform, maximizing participation in campaigns and facilitating top-of-funnel lead generation through channel partnerships.
  • Channel Partner Conversion: Transform retailer partnerships into effective channels for self-sign-up brand customers and sales leads.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Customer Success to identify high-impact retailers, manage brand-retailer referrals, and work closely with Product to develop seamless integrations.
  • Onboarding and Training: Guide key retail leaders through onboarding, offering training and resources to drive engagement and ensure successful platform use.
  • Performance and Optimization: Monitor retailer engagement, analyze performance data, and collaborate internally to continuously improve retailer satisfaction and success.

  • What you need to bring:
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, key account management, or retail partnerships, ideally within the retail or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with channel partnerships as a top-of-funnel lead generation approach (preferred).
  • Background in technology platforms or SaaS solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a knack for managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with in-store retail sales dynamics and how frontline teams engage with brand campaigns (highly desirable).
