The Role
The Research Manager is responsible for assisting in the design and delivery of research solutions for clients. This role involves working closely with clients to develop innovative, tech-first research solutions and collaborating with Bulbshare teams to execute research projects. The Research Manager will understand client needs, assist in designing methodologies, and support the analysis and interpretation of data to meet client objectives. Coordination with internal operations teams to ensure project timelines are met is also essential.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and implementation of research methodologies that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand research needs and develop appropriate research solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of research projects.
  • Support the analysis and interpretation of qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in market research.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all research deliverables.

Competencies required
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is essential
  • Educated to at least degree level or equivalent
  • Demonstrable qualitative market research experience
  • Basic understanding of quantitative or mixed qualitative and quantitative methodologies is a plus
  • Experience in running online or hybrid market research studies is an advantage
  • Interest in innovative research designs to deliver agile, impactful output
  • Good appreciation/understanding of marketing / client issues
  • Previous experience working with FMCG companies is an advantage

Our head office is based in London; however, our people work remotely all over the World. Our US team are based in NYC, Minnesota and Connecticut our preference is for this role to be on US-Eastern Time.

We are happy to accept applications for part time hours or flexible hours, ideally 4 days per week or reduced hours over 5 days.
