Job description

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and productivity. Recommend and implement process changes that drive measurable improvements.
  • Data Collection & Assessment: Collect data through interviews, document analysis, process observation, and process simulations to understand workflows and dependencies.
  • Process Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and flowcharts, to accurately represent current and proposed processes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document their needs, translating them into process and business requirements that support organizational goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Product, to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and solution design.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes.
  • Project Support: Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation analysis, supporting initiatives that lead to greater process efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, staying up-to-date on best practices, tools, and methodologies for process analysis and optimization.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business managerial or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, BPM) are a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business process analysis, business analysis, or related fields.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or other BPM software. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Tableau) is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management practices and tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, or Trello) is an advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting processes and workflows.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Russian;

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP);
  • Experience in fintech, payments and/or processing;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, or other enterprise applications relevant to the industry;
