These Tasks Await
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize our strategy.
  • Respond to community comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage and oversee social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Support and substitute for the Social Media Manager during their absence, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain and update accounts overview, ensuring all account information is up to date and organized.
  • Maintain and update social media accounts and manage Email PassBolt folders, ensuring secure access.
  • Link and update tools used for social media management, ensuring everything is working efficiently.
  • Create and update templates for campaigns, posts, and reports to streamline workflows.
Your Profile

  • Enthusiastic about social media with up-to-date knowledge of trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Ability to manage campaigns and support team needs proactively.
  • Organizational skills to maintain account overviews and handle tool updates efficiently.
  • Experience with design tools or content creation is a plus!
