The Role:

IGEL is looking for a detail oriented, focused, and highly organized Order Management specialist, to assist our Finance Team. This individual will assist in supporting various departments including, but not limited to, Sales, Order Processing, Operations and will be a trusted resource both within IGEL and with our Resellers, End Customers, and Distributors.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Accurately and efficiently process orders within IGEL’s ERP system
• Review each Purchase Order and quote for accuracy
• Support the increased order volume during the busy Quarter End period
• Develop a working knowledge of the IGEL product line and price book
• Act as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team and other internal departments


ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT:
• Reports to the Finance Team
• Fosters close, cooperative relationships with channel, sales and back office teams


REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required plus 1+ years industry experience, preferably within a high growth technology company
• Highly detailed oriented with a proven affinity for data entry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably MS Dynamics
• Experience with ERP Systems preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-directed, hands on, and proactive
