Job description

Description

About us:

Zenity is the first application security platform designed to help enterprises secure and govern copilots and low-code development. Our SaaS platform is built from the ground up with a security-first approach centered on three pillars: Visibility, Risk Assessment, and Governance to help our customers know their business applications and copilots that are being created by all business users, outside of the purview of IT. As the founding member of the OWASP Top 10 project specifically focused on low-code/no-code development, Zenity takes a community-oriented approach to this rapidly evolving security vector. We recently completed our Series A round of investment led by Intel Capital and are continuing to create a new category to bring application security controls to the world of AI and low-code development and are looking for creative thinkers and doers to help take us to the next level.

About the job:

The Sr. Field Marketing Manager is to take budget ownership of, and strategically manage Zenity’s involvement in tradeshows, local events, webinars, and other localized campaigns. This position will have autonomy to strategize and execute campaigns to achieve pipeline goals, and will include working closely with internal cross-functional teams, as well as expanding the Zenity ecosystem with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically evaluating events. Strategically select and prioritize events based on revenue and brand impact, providing recommendations to leadership on which events are most relevant for Zenity’s goals
  • Driving sales success through qualified pipeline generation. You’ll be the driving force of our third party global events when it comes to execution - working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver the right program strategy to generate leads and pipeline opportunities.
  • Managing events with a focus on qualified pipeline outcomes. Plan, organize, promote, coordinate and manage follow up to industry trade shows and conference, as well as virtual events.
  • Execute event experiences end-to-end with an "on-time, on-strategy, on-budget" mentality and a hands-on approach. You’ll deploy 360 degree digital and social tactics to drive buyer engagement before, during, and after the event.
  • Getting creative. You will craft strategic event experiences that differentiate Zenity and ensure direct buyer connections, that are aligned to an overall marketing campaign strategy and in collaboration with our campaign marketers. This also includes guerrilla marketing tactics that enable us to stand out from a crowded field.
  • Manage vendor relationships. You will partner with vendors on execution towards your event goals.
  • Planning, budgeting, measuring, and ROIing. You’ll be in control of each campaign’s plans, budgeting, goal setting for both lead and pipeline generation, and tracking for measurable ROI on pipeline and lead generation.

Requirements

What Will Serve You Well in this Role:

  • Demonstrated experience driving qualified pipeline through B2B event management, ideally within cybersecurity, with AppSec experience a bonus.
  • Care about the perfecting the small details and exceeding user experience expectations
  • Have worked closely with sales teams and understand how to support and accelerate them.
  • Have a data-driven mindset and experience with analyzing campaign results to provide business recommendations with a focus on generating measurable impact on qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Are comfortable multi-tasking, for a variety of stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Artistically curious and creative, with the ability to communicate visual ideas to vendors to align with the Zenity brand.
  • Thrive in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Confident in running customer-facing communications.
  • You’re hands-on, curious and love to explore new ideas.
