RMS is global sales team covering corporate clients by delivering risk management solutions to help client better manage FX, Rates, Commodity, and other bespoke financial market risks. In APAC, we have salespeople located across the regional hubs in Singapore and Hong Kong as well as in 11 other markets across Asia.

Your key responsibilities: 

The Sales Specialist works with the Lead Salesperson to meet agreed sales and revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will generate detailed client / product knowledge, market knowledge and cultivate client relationships in order to generate sales opportunities. The Sales Specialist will work to develop deep understanding of the client need / product detail and Bank’s capabilities with the aim of meeting client satisfaction expectations. The Sales Specialist will be conversant relevant legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements and operate accordingly. Together with the Lead Salesperson ensure liaison with existing clients. Researching and fostering new client opportunities. Building the necessary working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations staff – if applicable & to the degree that is commensurate with the business area - to ensure effective end to end client / product delivery. 

  • Cover daily execution across FX and Rates products with clients as well as market more complex products.  

  • Maintain client relationships of key existing clients and identify new clients by assisting senior sales individuals in account coverage.  

  • Stay ahead of client demand in identifying market trends and opportunities. 

  • Interact collaboratively with middle/back office to ensure seamless execution and minimize operational risk. 

  • Provide market updates to key clients and support clients’ inquiries. 

 

Your skills and experience: 

  • Education – University degree level 

  • Native level Korean and fluent in English 

  • Holder of Certified Derivatives Investment Advisor is a must. 

  • 1-5 years’ working experience in FICC sales is preferred but not essential. 

  • Product knowledge in FICC products as well as deep understanding of macro  

  • Benefit if candidate has analytical capability in understanding structured solutions.
