What you’ll be doing...
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can take up the role of Sr. Analyst responsible for post-production validations of Pega driven offers and campaigns, to ensure target audience is correctly being selected by Pega.
As Senior Analyst, working on the Marketing Ops team, you will be responsible of performing post launch validation of base marketing offers deployed in production, reviewing the user stories and creating use cases for UAT validations.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Performing Postproduction validations of offers launched in production, verifying target audience is accurate, verifying key customer data attributes, testing multiple iterations, Treat-Control audience and Acceptance Criteria.
Reviewing user stories with the BAs and creating use cases for UAT validations.
Validating on the Launch Day of an offer, count of customers that have been successfully provisioned by the offer and count of customers that failed provisioning.
Monitoring on daily basis the count of customers provisioned successfully vs failures, analyzing reason of failures, and working with Pega and Provisioning teams to improve the success rate.
Working closely with Pega BAs and Development team, understanding the requirements of each offer designed in Pega, its target audience and intended response.
Creating defect tickets and working with development teams, participating in troubleshooting calls to understand the cause and making sure its fixed in a given release and retested post fix.
Creating select sql scripts and working with data in excel, to perform post production data validations and data analytics.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of work experience.
Understanding of Marketing terminology.
Understand of Data, ETL processes.
Experience with sql scripts & data analytics.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology.
Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Understanding of Pega Next Best Action.
Pega Certification.
Technical project experience.
SQL/Data Analytics certification.
Experience in tools such as Jira, Splunk, Thoughtspot.
