Job description

This is a full-time remote position starting at $20-$23/hr depending on experience. You can live anywhere in the United States and we'll fly you out to Denver once a year for our team get togethers. You'll be working 7AM - 3PM Mountain Time. You will need to provide a computer capable of handling multiple apps and browser windows. We will provide a second monitor and accessories if needed.

There is a lot of routine, but no day is going to be the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management & Dispatch: Coordinate daily scheduling for our cleaning teams, ensuring smooth dispatch by 8 AM MST. Quickly adjust schedules when last-minute changes arise to meet client needs and maximize team efficiency.
  • Client Communication: Proactively communicate with clients about any schedule changes or delays. Handle escalated issues with empathy and an eye for client retention.
  • Operational Efficiency: In charge of time clock adjustments, daily invoicing, and scheduling adjustments for our 40+ maids and the clients they help.
  • Team Support: Act as a point of support for field staff, fostering a collaborative, team-focused environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage sensitive information such as time-off requests and rate adjustments with integrity and professionalism. Monitor company communications to ensure timely responses and assign inquiries to the appropriate team member.
