Our team delivers holistic solutions for higher education customers looking to implement Workday Student. Additionally, we maximize their Workday investment and elevate the user experience by offering on-going application management services, Phase X and follow-on solutions, analytics, and overall optimization.

Position Summary:

As a Workday Student Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Workday Student implementations for our higher education customers. In addition, this role will contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday Student practice and should showcase innovation, strategic thinking and have the drive to make ERPA a Workday Student partner of choice.

ERPA is accepting applications for an anticipated upcoming hiring need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a lead consultant on multiple Workday Student implementations with limited direction

  • Execute the day-to-day implementation activities for clients including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customer(s)

  • Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday

  • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between the system and other third-party or custom solutions

  • Collaborate effectively with extended team members which include functional and technical resources

  • Ensure customers understand and adopt best practices

  • Partner with project managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets

  • Strive to suggest new approaches and tools to deploy the program efficiently and effectively to ERPA as we build our team to become an exceptional leader in the industry

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Workday Student Records certification is required and must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA

  • Experience implementing Academic Foundation and Student Core for Workday Student is required.

  • Functional consulting experience on end-to-end Workday Student implementations is required. Experience leading Workday Student implementations is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a proactive approach and detailed understanding of Workday Student Records Core and Foundation processes, configuration, and best practices, to make appropriate implementation recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something new (required)
