We enable organizations to create and share defensible records of their data, quickly and easily in our dashboard, in real-time—every like, share, edit, and deletion.
What our Enterprise Sales Directors do:
  • As part of the Sales team, execute the vision for revenue generation in the Enterprise markets that enables Pagefreezer to achieve its mission, vision, and goals in a Values-aligned way.
    • Achieve quotas through successful sales & prospecting activities
    • Communicate the value of our solutions and services to leads to senior stakeholders (C-suite executives and IT professionals) within the enterprise markets across various industries
  • Excel at mission critical sales activities:
    • Manage pipeline development by planning, forecasting, pricing, negotiating deals reliably and consistently
    • Conduct research to align value propositions to our customers and their business objectives
    • Demonstrate our product to prospects ranging from C-level execs to IT Directors with confidence and ease using various web conferencing and tech tools
    • Generate revenue through closing new business or work with our customer success team with upsell opportunities to achieve or exceed revenue targets
    • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and qualifying activities including calls, emails, conversation notes, and follow-up activities within HubSpot CRM
  • Strategize with Management, Sales, Business Development, Partner, Product and Marketing teams to increase growth in your assigned accounts
    • Sharing market intelligence learned during all interactions with key internal stakeholders
  • Partner with the Onboarding & Implementations and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless experience to customers for implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with new services/products and plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to increase skills and knowledge
What makes you a great fit:
  • Alignment with our Core Values
  • 5+ years of experience in direct, full-cycle B2B sales in a SAAS company
    • Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets and quotas in the North American Enterprise space or in complex product/services in longer sales cycles or with more senior stakeholders
    • Strong understanding of how sales funnels and pipelines work with successful track record
    • Hands on experience with various Sales techniques and methods
    • Experience in selling legal compliance would be a huge asset
    • Comfortable using and explaining social media tools like Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, etc
    • Confidence, skills, and patience necessary to sell to C-Level executives in Fortune 50 and 500 companies, including project management, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel 1-2 weeks per quarter for business meetings and trade shows
  • Ability to use multiple tools and platforms to manage sales funnels, we use Hubspot, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.
  • Strong speaking, writing, presenting, influence, persuasion and/or negotiation skills
  • An adaptable game plan and an ear for coaching, a learning mindset, and a resilient competitiveness
  • Able to work 40 hours a week and authorized to work in Canada (anywhere in Canada works for us)

    • The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 CAD plus bonus and commissions.. The total compensation offered for this position may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location. It may also include non-cash rewards and benefits. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
