Reports to:  Director, Global Supply Planning and Trade Procurement

Location:  Remote

The Role

We are looking for an individual who can see opportunities for adjustments in inventory strategies, improving and maximizing global inventory opportunities. The Senior Global Inventory Policy Analyst will partner with our regional teams to maximize inventory deliveries while minimizing inventory holdings. The ideal candidate will thrive working collaboratively with global teams, devising solutions through complex requirements. Through strong data analytics and sharing clear communication, they’ll build strong relationships and ensure continuous improvements within our planning organization.

Your Impact
The role of the Senior Analyst, Global Inventory Policy is to partner with regional teams for identifying opportunities to improve our inventory planning. The

Primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting analysis of regional planning strategies
  • Driving global inventory optimization
  • Supporting supply planning system enhancement implementation
  • Conducting inventory and intro date analysis

Education/Certifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of inventory management/supply chain experience multilocation environment, preferably in footwear or fashion

Skills/Competencies:

  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Experience in managing and maintaining system settings and attributes
  • Excellent understanding inventory management, logistics, and Supply Chain Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with ability to build strong relationships with global partners

$88,000 - $95,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
