The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Benefits & Technology Implementation Specialist to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Mansfield, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with new clients to set up their benefits module in ADP Workforce Now prior to their first payroll with HRK.
  • Set-up new and maintain existing Carrier Connections (EDI feeds) to streamline benefit administration.
  • Partner well across team and organizational lines.
  • This position requires deep knowledge of employee benefits, high-level attention to detail, a self-starter that ensures persistency of business and growth for The Hilb Group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in implementation, preferably insurance implementation.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business environment
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor and the ability to lead productive calls to meet project timelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Products
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • 2 - 4 years of experience with employee data file manipulation and EDI file development preferred.
  • Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills, high energy and enthusiasm, strong interpersonal, motivation, and leadership skills and willingness to self-direct and work independently.
  • Exceptional planning, critical thinking problem solving and organization skills
