We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own some of the company’s most important systems – billing and payments. This Billing Core team is responsible for defining and executing on a roadmap to grow Figma’s billing and payments system into a scalable platform that supports all aspects of monetization across the product suite. This role truly sits at the core of the business.

The Billing Core team is part of the Monetization pillar at Figma. Our mission is to build an enduring, best-in-class business. As the Billing Core PM, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and execute a strategy and roadmap. You will be responsible for ensuring that Figma’s billing systems maintain industry standards and are scalable with our evolving and growing business. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:
  • Work closely with your cross-functional partners to define and build a reliable, scalable, and flexible billing platform
  • Iterate on the core billing and payments infrastructure in partnership with finance, support, and engineering
  • Partner with other Figma product teams to power new monetization efforts
  • Driving planning and prioritization, defining and tracking key metrics, and work closely with engineers to define feature functionality and execute against the roadmap 
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • Have 4+ years of experience as a product manager
  • Have previous experience with billing and payments
  • Worked on products with technical platform
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and launching complex product launches that requires working across many teams
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
  • Have a technical background (e.g., former engineer)
  • Have deep user empathy for both internal and external customers
  • You’re an excellent verbal and written communicator. You’re able to zoom in and out effortlessly based on the audience. You can rally and motivate a team behind a bold vision
  • Have an affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor and get-it-done personality

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.  

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):
$149,000$308,000 USD
