Signify Health is looking for a Sr. Manager of Product, Channel Development and Management to join our growing team. In this role, you will foster customer obsession and fuel growth by building and managing new patient engagement channels to drive higher conversion.

Job Responsibilities:
- Foster a client/patient first mindset and work cross functionally and intentionally to design and execute on channel partnership requirements
- Work closely with product, data, client services, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful alignment and execution of channel partnership requirements
- Represent the voice of the partner through an understanding of end-to-end member and client needs to influence operational decisions to grow member engagement
- Oversee channel development and management function for assigned partners ensuring management of end-to-end process and mutually beneficial initiatives
- Implement, maintain and track KPIs to provide visibility internally and externally
- Create a vision for success during discovery and onboarding of new partnerships
- Directly responsible for the volume of appointments scheduled by our partners through the Signify Online Scheduling Portal
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5-7 years of experience working in a healthcare business, with deep industry experience of payers and healthcare ecosystem
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, data, client services, operations, and technology teams
- Understanding of product design process and data exchange/integrations a plus (at a minimum, willingness and strong ability to learn these areas required)
- Deep understanding of how to leverage data and analytics to drive outcomes
- Strong analytical skills to track KPIs, identify risks and opportunities
- Proven time management, prioritization, planning and organizational skills
- Sales and customer relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills
The base salary hiring range for this position is $88,200 to $153,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
