Job description

Honor exists to expand the world’s capacity to care.

We’re combining high tech with high-touch to deliver better home care for aging adults, better jobs for Care Professionals, and entirely new offerings to support the aging journey, at scale.

Founded in 2014, and now a Series E funded “Unicorn” valued at over $1B, Honor leads the world’s largest home care network with the most advanced care platform. Our August 2021 acquisition of Home Instead has created a global company that’s revolutionizing how society cares for older adults, their families, and Care Professionals.

The Honor Care Platform combines local care and the most advanced technology to bring the highest quality care to more aging adults.

Grow at Honor as part of a united team where everyone shows up authentically, shares ideas bravely, and solves complex problems!

We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our Platform Economics team—a crucial part of our Care Operations organization. In this role, you’ll manage and refine Honor’s core business line items: pricing, revenue sharing, and base wages, using data-driven insights to make a real impact. You will cross-collaborate, building models and thinking through operational strategies to present to Honor’s Finance, Operations, Recruiting, and Product teams, among others, ultimately culminating in decision-points for C-Suite executives. Your work will help position Honor as the top employer for Care Professionals while driving exceptional value for our partners. If you're passionate about using analytics to influence business strategy and improve outcomes, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Optimize: Use your advanced analytical skills to assess data on wages for Honor Care Professionals, partner pricing, and revenue sharing. You’ll make data-driven recommendations to help us adapt in the dynamic home care market and support our growth objectives.
  • Drive Project Management: Lead and coordinate workflows for market pricing and wage adjustments. Your insights will guide cross-functional stakeholders, and you’ll create materials to ensure smooth implementation of wage and price updates across our platform.
  • Lead Monthly Market Reviews: Facilitate a monthly cross-functional review to share wage-related market insights with leadership, helping drive action to maintain an optimal caregiver supply.
  • Develop Key Metrics and Reports: Design and implement performance metrics, reports, and dashboards that will empower teams to manage and achieve our pricing and wage goals.
  • Collaborate for Quality and Efficiency: Work closely with operations and product teams to enhance the quality of care, optimize caregiver costs, and streamline processes.
  • Support Financial Planning: Assist with margin modeling and analytics, participate in our annual budget process, and contribute to price and wage forecasting.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee relationships with external wage and pricing research vendors, coordinating process updates and developing tools to share relevant data with partners.
  • Present Economic Insights: Support our external partner reporting function, creating and presenting economic overviews to provide valuable insights.
