About the role:

Transmit Security is looking for an outstanding Head of Global Enablement to develop, implement and manage Sales readiness programs in support of our objectives to increase market share and accelerate revenue growth.  This role requires you to be a self-starter – someone who thinks holistically about every facet of developing and delivering Sales Enablement programs and excels at communicating complex or technical topics in an understandable way. This role reports to the Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations. 

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for Sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales enablement peers to understand gaps for their specific audiences and build a rapid readiness plan
  • Manage cross functional collaboration between sales enablement and other organizations in the bus
  • Development and measurement of key predictive performance metrics and indicators to drive accountability as well as areas of improvement. 

What you’ll need:

  • Ten years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training required. Past experience selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, delegate and prioritize.
