This strategy should integrate organization design, talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and DEI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement talent initiatives that drive innovation, growth, and competitive advantage.
  • Leverage business strategic plans, external market and internal talent intelligence to inform the identification of critical roles and skill/ experience requirements for Radiometer President, BUGM talent pipelines as well as European-based roles and to build attraction, development and retention strategies for the pipelines.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent in the diagnostics organization.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to drive leadership awareness and understanding of external market talent trends and insights.
  • Lead the assessment, development, measurement and management of talent pipelines, working in close collaboration with the Diagnostic Platform and Corporate Talent COEs.
  • Establish a regular cadence of outcome-focused talent reviews with business and HR leaders with clear metrics for success.
  • Standardize and improve the execution of succession plans. Ensure they are consistently developed and aligned with the future needs of the business.
  • Facilitate intentional movement of talent across the Diagnostic businesses and Danaher.
  • Identify and leverage leadership development opportunities and programs to prepare current and future leaders for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional results for our customers and stakeholders.
  • Elevate DEI Initiatives to ensure programs drive sustained progress and embed DEI principles into all talent processes.
  • Systematically collect and analyze talent data (qualitative and quantitative), talent-related services and technologies to evaluate impact and inform and adapt your talent strategy and programs, allowing you to be responsive to changing needs.
  • Leverage technology to enhance talent processes, improve decision-making and improve insights into talent needs for your client groups.
  • Collaborate with Business leaders, HR Business Partners, COEs in the Talent organization, and Talent Acquisition teams across Diagnostics to ensure a cohesive talent strategy.
