Your task is to provide a high level of service to our customers and promote our gaming brands on the global market. Working remotely, you will be able to demonstrate your customer service skills and make a significant contribution to our success.
Requirements:
- Stress resistance: the ability to work effectively and make decisions in stressful situations.
- Customer orientation: emphasis on meeting the needs and requests of customers.
- Quick decision-making: the ability to quickly analyze the situation and make decisions even in difficult and stressful situations.
- Non-confrontational: the ability to effectively interact with aggressive users and resolve conflict situations without escalation.
- Professionalism in communication: the ability to maintain a respectful and friendly tone when talking to customers, even in difficult situations.
- Confident computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- quick response to customer requests in online chats;
- Provision of consultations on functionality, technical issues, financial aspects and other areas. Also, clients can contact without a specific question, just to communicate, express negativity, etc.;
- achievement of personal financial goals and goals of the user service department;
- Collaboration with colleagues from other departments to improve processes and product.
