Tosca is searching for a dynamic Upstream Sales Manager to drive growth and build strategic partnerships across North America in the food processing, packaging, pharma, raw materials, and ingredients sectors. About the Role

As the Upstream Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and executing a powerful sales strategy that propels Tosca into new markets and strengthens our presence in key industries. Working closely with the Director of Business Development, you’ll develop and implement a channel sales strategy that expands our reach and opens doors to exciting opportunities for Tosca’s innovative bulk bin, IBC, plastic pallet, and handheld RPC solutions.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Channel Development: Build, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Tosca’s footprint in the Upstream market.
  • New Business Development: Use your prospecting skills to identify, engage, and secure new accounts in diverse upstream segments.
  • Market Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure Tosca’s solutions remain competitive and relevant to our customers’ evolving needs.
  • Event Leadership: Represent Tosca at trade shows and conferences to showcase our innovations, meet industry leaders, and discover new growth avenues.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales within CPG, food manufacturing, or packaging industries.
  • Hunter Mindset: A driven, proactive approach to uncovering and closing new business opportunities.
  • Project-Oriented Mindset: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and drive results.
  • Skills: Expertise in value-based selling, with a knack for building strong, strategic partnerships.
  • Drive: A passion for business growth, coupled with the ability to travel nationwide at least 50% of the time.
  • Location: This is a fully remote role, but qualified candidates should reside near a major airport to support travel requirements.
