 The Product Manager, Payroll will oversee the R365 Payroll products and collaborate closely with other Product Managers to drive our payroll strategy within Restaurant365. In this role, you will join a dynamic team of enthusiastic and creative product managers, UX designers, and developers dedicated to enhancing restaurant payroll capabilities within the Restaurant365 All-in-One platform. Your mission will be to empower restaurants to thrive by ensuring compliance, managing costs, and saving time through streamlined payroll processes—from Punch to Paycheck. You will engage with internal partners, clients, and subject matter experts throughout the entire product lifecycle, including problem definition, design, research, launch, and adoption. Your efforts will help simplify payroll management, making it easier for our clients to focus on what they do best: running their restaurants. 

How you'll add value:
  • Drive, develop, and maintain the payroll product roadmap in alignment with the strategic product direction 
  • Ensure alignment between product vision, business objectives, and the strategic roadmap to deliver key outcomes 
  • Conduct industry research by engaging directly with clients, prospects, implementation partners and internal SMEs to identify and address business challenges 
  • Stay informed about new and upcoming Payroll & Tax regulations, ensuring compliance updates for the product and finding straightforward solutions to help users remain compliant 
  • Collaborate effectively with the Product, UX, Engineering teams to bring features from concept to live products 
  • Act as a subject matter expert during go-to-market activities for new feature launches 
  • Monitor product performance postlaunch using a data-driven approach and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancements 
  • Present new product features at company broadcasts, sharing insights and updates with the broader team 
  • Embrace constructive feedback with an open mindset, using it to iterate and improve the product 
  • Perform other duties as assigned  
  • Occasional travel may be required 

  • What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS software 
  • 3+ years of Payroll domain and product experience  
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a track record of presenting strategies to executive leadership and product capabilities to key stakeholders and customers 
  • Self-starter that flourishes across multiple projects in fast-paced, collaborative work environment while meeting tight deadlines 
  • Experience with go to market best practices 
  •  Experience collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing product input from multiple sources (customers, leaders, competitors, partners) and putting this at the center of conceptualization, design, story creation and execution 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a bias towards making data driven decisions 
  •  Must be self-motivated, resilient, outcome focus, customer oriented with a builder mindset   

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Agile Methodology experience 
  • Well versed in HCM industry with primary focus on HR and Payroll 
  • Experience working in a restaurant is ideal 
  • MBA or Advanced degree

  • This position has a salary range of $120,800 - $151,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
