Pelmorex Corp. is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Client Strategy & Creative Solutions team. This role is responsible for the flawless execution of sponsorship and custom programs and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results across our diverse platforms. If you're a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for excellence, this role is for you!

Please note, this is a 12 Month Contract until November 2025.


WHAT'S THE DAY TO DAY LIKE?
  • Own the success of client programs: Take full responsibility for flawless project execution from start to finish, ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations.
  • Deliver on time and within budget: Meticulously manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Champion best practices: Adhere to established project processes and guidelines, consistently seeking ways to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively: Partner closely with internal teams (Client Strategists, Sales, Ad Ops, Product, Video, and Editorial) to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Be the client's trusted point of contact: Proactively communicate with clients and agency partners, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Mitigate risks and share knowledge: Identify and manage potential project risks, proactively sharing lessons learned and best practices with the team.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance: Create insightful post-campaign presentations that showcase key results, program examples, and actionable learnings for continuous improvement.

  • WE ARE HOPING YOU HAVE:
  • University or College Graduate in Marketing, Sales, Advertising or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years media project coordination experience including all aspects of project management processes
  • A proven track record of delivering media programs to time and within the defined scope
  • Strong knowledge of media including digital and broadcast media
  • High attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to complete responsibilities on a timely basis, ensuring quality results and meeting deadlines 
  • Proficiency in project management software (an asset)
  • Strong problem solving skills to address project related issues and risks 
  • Experience managing relationships with production groups, clients internal product teams and third party vendors
  • Team-player who can lead while collaborating with sales and internal departments
  • Well-organized, detailed-oriented and able to work well under short deadlines
