About the Role:

Are you a sales hunter with a passion for technology and a knack for building lasting client relationships? Avalon is seeking a Regional Account Executive who excels in identifying and seizing new business opportunities in the eDiscovery space. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it's about being a thought leader, innovator, and key player in the evolution of legal tech solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Prospecting: Utilize modern business development strategies, including social media and digital engagement, to identify and cultivate new leads.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored eDiscovery solutions across the entire EDRM spectrum.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring seamless collaboration with our project management team for exceptional client experiences.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as an industry expert by contributing insightful content, participating in regional events, and staying ahead of market trends.
  • Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals, contributing significantly to Avalon's strategic growth objectives.
  • Data Management: Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions within our CRM to inform strategies and improve performance.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales experience in the eDiscovery, legal tech, or related industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of eDiscovery processes, software, EDRM stages, and market trends.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital Savvy: Proficiency in leveraging social media and digital platforms for business development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
