Job description

Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. 

As we expand, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across various channels. Candidates must have a proven track record of success in managing comprehensive marketing strategies. The preferred location for this role is Syracuse, NY.

 

What we’re looking for:

A self-starter with a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing brand visibility. You have prior success in a senior marketing manager role, overseeing a comprehensive suite of marketing functions, including website management, press and analyst relations, events, social media, corporate communications, and brand management.

Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of the company website to enhance user experience and drive traffic. 
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility. 

Press and Analyst Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media and industry analysts.
  • Coordinate press releases, media engagements, and analyst briefings to enhance company reputation and visibility.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Ensure events align with marketing strategies and business goals, driving engagement, leads, and brand awareness.

 Social Media:

  • Develop and oversee social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay relevant and effective.

 Corporate Communications:

  • Direct corporate communications efforts to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
  • Manage internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.

Collaborate Across Teams:

  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients, the sales team, and the engineering team to provide clear, prioritized feedback for product development.
  • Partner with the operations team to ensure marketing efforts support business growth objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience of proven experience in managing comprehensive marketing strategies for technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time. 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • Experience managing marketing efforts in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in the technology sector beneficial.

 

Compensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options.

Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position is estimated at $115,000 to $142,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
