What’s in Store 

We're on the lookout for an Auto Claims Manager. As an Auto Claims Manager, you will supervise handling of general liability and commercial liability claims, supervise a team of adjusters, review claim files for proper handling, and maintain proper staffing needs. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Results oriented professional with strong investigative skills with the ability to deliver quality claims service 
  • Responsible for building and managing a quality claims staff and be well versed in current case law, statutory law, DOI regulations, etc.
  • Prepare written status and large loss reports for clients
  • Obtain authority for large loss and expense payments
  • Attend mediations and settlement conferences as necessary
  • Work as liaison between client and adjusters
  • Effectively communicate with staff, management and both internal and external customers

 

This role is a full-time, home-based position.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide quality customer service by appropriately responding and resolving complex situations and problems
  • Respond promptly to internal and external customer needs and request for service assistance
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent oral communications skills must speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
  • Listens and obtains clarification, responds well to questions, demonstrates group presentation skills, and actively participates in meetings
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
