Role Summary:

Execute organizational operations and provide service to clients consistent with company goals and objectives by blending skills in process administration, client services, teacher relations, and communications. This role will act as a conduit between teachers and clients managing communication, complex scheduling coordination and orchestration, and various resource accommodations. Additionally, the position will actively engage and follow up with potential clients, supporting efforts to achieve conversion goals.

Requirements

Experience required:
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and implement processes and procedures through diversified organizations.
  • Significant experience in customer service preferred.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, Docs, Cal
  • Experience with or appreciation for music lessons is strongly preferred (but not a deal-breaker).
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Knowledge/Ability:
  • Cursory knowledge of music styles and instrument families.
  • Understanding of music pedagogy is extremely helpful but not required (also not a deal breaker at all)
