Who are we looking for

We are currently looking for a Marketing Event Specialist. You will report to the US Demand Marketing Manager. You will be in charge of providing support for demand marketing activities with a special focus on trade shows and on-site events across the USA Regions. You will be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team, made of +35 professionals spread all around the world, and will collaborate with Web & Digital, Comms & Copy, Products & Tech Marketing departments, supporting all the marketing activities with one main goal: Demand Generation (generate Marketing Qualified Leads) through events.
It’s a temporary 6-month assignment, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Developing an overarching USA events strategy together with the Demand Generation Manager to deliver marketing and commercial sales goals
  • Designing, directing, and managing the development, administration, and execution of corporate trade shows, on-site events and online events to support overall goals and objectives
  • Traveling across the USA and Canada for events and business needs monthly
  • Setting up for regional Trade Shows and Roadshows (coordinate all logistical aspects of the events, including transportation, accommodation, shipping material and venue setup)
  • Creating and maintaining up-to-date Salesforce reports and dashboards about events
  • Manage email campaigns & automated funnels via Pardot
  • Ensure lead capture and follow-up processes are in place to deliver event MQLs and pipeline targets
  • Oversee and manage budgets for all event programs through strategic forecasting and monitoring of all expenditures to fully leverage event potential
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team, proactively provide feedback on the material and campaigns, and share your new ideas

What You Bring to the Team

  • A minimum of 5 years experience developing annual events strategy, designing and managing corporate events within the IT technology industry (UC industry is a huge plus)
  • B2B marketing experience, preferably within the IT or UC industry
  • Experience with organizing Webinar/Online events organization
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools (knowledge of Pardot would be a huge plus)
  • PC/MacBook advanced user (MAC, Office Suite, Google Suite) 
  • Analytical skills, target and number-oriented
  • You exhibit excellent project management, budget management, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Interview with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes) to dive deeper into the role's specifics
  • Final Interview with Head of Demand Generation (30 minutes) to gain insight into our team and direction
