GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for planning and leading change management for low to medium impact Consumer Bank initiatives, ensuring the strategic vision is executed and benefits are realized as intended. Provides insight and decision support to the leadership teams through evaluation of complexity, including organizational impact. Works across the Consumer Bank organization and with other key business partners to identify opportunities for sales, service, and operational improvements.  Works with the leaders and business partners to prioritize initiatives. Partners with Market leaders as the liaison to National support teams and development of Market-specific strategies. 

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides change management consulting on key initiatives and is seen as an expert in their area of knowledge. 

  • Evaluates opportunities and executes efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. 

  • Works with leaders to identify initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of behaviors and activities to support the sales and operational processes.

  • Embraces change and models the way by working cross-functionally and collaboratively to influence desired outcomes.

  • Guides other team members to goal achievement and team success.

  • Coordinates with LOB Communications Manager on necessary and effective communications according to the Delivery calendar and assigned projects and processes.

  • Troubleshoot processes and provide feedback to management if a trend or market condition exists that would

  • Escalates issues, and concerns to leaders and ensures that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions or processes

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of Banking experience.

  • Sales, communications, strategy, and/or operations experience preferred.

  • Must be outcome-driven and customer-centric as well as familiar with project and change management disciplines

  • Proficient in successfully managing multiple, cross-functional teams or projects.

  • Ability to guide leaders, teams and staff through significant change, using influence, empathy, and collaboration.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, including ability to succinctly synthesize information, develop recommendations and successfully present information to leadership and employees impacted by the change.

  • Ability to gather inputs from a wide variety of perspectives and make informed decisions; willingness to stand by decisions of the team; demonstrated transparency and decisiveness.

  • Results driven, highly motivated person who possesses integrity and a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to travel throughout the Bancorp as needed (less than 20%)
