We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to lead our strategic marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving all marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on field marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, ideally in patient access services, and demonstrate a proven track record in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic marketing leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Fortrea Patient Access's goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest ROI.
- Implement the brand relaunch, providing support to business leaders to understand and evolve the brand assets as needed.
Field marketing/Account-based marketing:
- Drive field marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement within targeted markets.
- Design and execute ABM campaigns to effectively reach and engage key accounts, ensuring personalized and impactful communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content, including digital, print, and event materials.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to refine and improve strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry influencers to enhance marketing efforts and brand reputation.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful field marketing and ABM strategies.
- Strong understanding of the patient access landscape and related services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing tools and technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
