As a senior Military Human Resource Management Specialist, you’ll bring your strategic- and operational-level expertise to work on military security cooperation projects. You’ll serve as a Human Resource Management subject matter expert as part of a government-led team engaging with and advising senior partner nation defense officials. You will leverage your extensive military human resource management experience to assist in researching and analyzing advising needs and designing and implementing advising projects from a human resource management perspective on topics such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and recruiting. You'll develop innovative solutions to complex advising problems, work without considerable direction, and mentor or supervise other team members.

You Have:
10+ years of military experience designing or applying human resource management and human capital approaches, techniques, methodologies, tools, or strategies in programs to support organizational development, transformation, or increased effectiveness
Experience managing the human resource management life cycle, from recruiting through separation, for a large organization or enterprise
Experience interacting with foreign nation senior defense and military personnel
Experience working at the Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service, or Service Component staff level
Knowledge of military and defense human resources management life cycle functions and processes
Secret clearance
Master's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience applying workforce management analysis to advise on organizational or force structure design
Experience as an educator and trainer, including of human resource management or human capital methodologies
Experience coordinating activities with the Department of State and U.S. embassies
Knowledge of security cooperation authorities, processes, and resources
Ability to develop training and education programs for U.S. and partner nation personnel
Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
