About the role

Team Global Express is seeking an experienced Part-Time PM Administration Officer to join our Perth Airport Depot.

Keying of consignment note data, manifesting and trip administration, processing of paperwork, imaging, and other data entry or clerical tasks as assigned.

What you’ll do

  • Complete data entry functions relating to the keying of consignment notes, manifesting, trip administration, processing of invoices and other charges, PODs, and any other processing duties as assigned, complying with business targets for accuracy, diligence and productivity.

  • Participate in auditing to minimise the incidence of keying errors resulting in over or under charging, recharges and/or revenue leakage. Contribute to ongoing improvement personally, and within the team regarding accuracy and the elimination of recurring errors.

  • Ensure that all internal enquiries and tasks are acted on promptly, courteously and efficiently.

  • Communicate with Team Leaders, the Administration Supervisor and the Revenue Assurance Manager to identify and resolve problems and/or performance failures and contribute to process enhancements and improvement.

  • Maintain a harmonious, congenial, productive and positive work environment.

  • Be conversant with and adhere to TGE’s quality standards, disciplines and policies always.

  • Remain aware of and comply with TGE’s policies and initiatives regarding Occupational Health and Safety.

  • Attend to other duties as deemed necessary by your supervisor and reporting line manager.

  • Competence with computer operations and consistently accurate data entry.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a cordial and professional manner in phone, email and other communication methods.

  • Demonstrably good numeracy and literacy.

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment.

  • Competent with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and without direct supervision.

  • Excellent accuracy and diligence and attentively follow tasks through to completion.

  • Good communication and approachable and cooperative manner.

  • Professional presentation and demeanor.
