About the Role

As an Engagement Manager you will engage with clients as their first point of contact. Your objective is to efficiently and effectively plan and coordinate projects. You will successfully implement the assigned product(s) for clients. This includes pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessment, and systems analysis as required, software integration, as well as post-installation implementation assessment.

You will primarily work with various Document Management Systems and Document Drafting Software.
 

Responsibilities

  • Managing the overall success and client satisfaction with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects and will be responsible for a portfolio of clients
  • Helping clients to plan the implementation projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects are initiated promptly, reflecting the client’s expectations
  • Creating project reports to communicate the status to key client stakeholders and Integration Services business functions
  • Tracking the performance of projects to meet expectations and timelines, as well as manage risks and any issues the projects may encounter.
  • Managing the review process with the product organization, and coordinate responses to clients


Requirements

  • Have a technology or legal background
  • Have familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, including Windows Server and Document Management Systems such as iManage, and NetDocuments
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills – Be able to quickly mitigate challenges so they don’t affect project outcomes
  • Have the ability to work independently or as part of a cross functional team, collaborating with sales, product and support teams
  • Have great time management skills to meet frequent and possibly conflicting deadlines and work schedules
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening carefully and influencing and networking with a broad spectrum of internal colleagues and external clients
